Our Trip to the Outback

Last weekend, Josh was out of town with his Kentucky State football team (he's the team doc...and yes he rides the team bus on some long road trips).  Myself and the kiddos were invited to spend the time at the Johnsons' house, so we packed up and headed to the farm!  On Saturday, they took us to Australia!  :c)  A little glimpse of it for sure, as we visited a fun place called Kentucky Down Under.  It's a hidden gem of a place and was a great time for all of us!  We got to explore a cave (where we found out Silas' scream echoes really well, lol), pet kangaroos and other animals, feed beautiful birds who landed all over us, and Hallie even got to milk a cow!  It was a fun experience and I am glad I have in-laws who love the kids and me enough to do things like this with us.

Had to throw the last one in here because Hallie was so excited to go up in the lift with Pawpaw...she was super brave (and Mommy knew Paw had a good hand on her the whole time, lol) and had the biggest smile on her face.

And check out Silas' tooth in his close-up!  He only has one official tooth right now...top two are really close though!  So funny to just have the one on the bottom...love his smile though!

Hi My name is Jenna
Your kids are beautiful princess, handsome prince, cute blessings, special earthly angels, and precious gifts and miracles. The Austrailia park sounds and looks like fun! I would love to have a parrot on my arm, and pet a Kangaroo!
I was born with a rare life threatening disease, developmental delays, and 14 other medical conditions.

Here is a new poem I wrote, it’s called it takes courage:
It Takes courage to love
Like a dove
It takes courage to fight,
It takes courage to do what’s right
It takes courage to stay strong,
When things go wrong
It takes courage to write a song
It takes courage to live
It takes courage to give
It takes courage to fight this beast
It takes courage to be brave
It takes courage to smile and wave
It takes courage to keep positive
Keep on fighting!
It takes courage to win!
