He is Risen Indeed!

I am super late on this, but I couldn't just skip it because some of these pictures are pretty priceless. We had a great weekend celebrating Easter.  On Saturday we had the Johnsons up for a cookout and Easter egg hunt, which was great fun for Hallie in our big back yard.  She got a few girlie toys as presents, but she also got a new baseball bat (it is pink though!).  Watching her swing it in her fancy dress was too cute.  Then Sunday we had a wonderful church service, dyed some eggs as a family, and did another egg hunt in the front yard per Hallie's request.  :c)  Hallie was able to understand more of the real meaning of Easter this year (quotes from her: "Jesus was raised from the death"..."the tomb was EMPTY!"..."He's alive, but now he's livin in heaven") and has been asking lots of spiritual questions lately (hoping we answer these okay!).  We are so blessed with a little girl who shows us what the "faith of a child" looks like!
