Happy New Year blog readers! Hope you all had wonderful Christmases like we were blessed enough to. Hallie Grace was really into the whole experience this year, and it was fun for us to see the joy on her face. However, she probably thinks Christmas is a week long event now, so we are in trouble if we ever do it all in one day! We started off our excursion by spending a few days in Hodgenville with the Johnson crew. Hallie got her very own "little red tractor" and got to enjoy a very white Christmas on the farm! We celebrated Jesus's birthday by making cookies and singing happy birthday to Him, which she loved. The laptop was from us--and as you can tell, she's deep in thought about one of her e-mails. "Uncky Justy" (as she calls him) had already taught her to say "check my e-mails real kick (quick)"...so now she's putting that phrase to good use on her own computer. :c)
Part 2 of our Christmas is in the next post, so be sure to scroll down once you finish this one.
