We received our new official number on the waiting list. We are number:

Actually a referral went out right after we got our official numbers so unofficially we are #46. That's eight spots in eight weeks, so if it continues at that pace I guess we're looking at a referral in 54 weeks total from the time we got on the waitlist (early August). Of course we realize it could slow down or speed up---thus is the adoption world! We certainly are ready to meet our little man, but we're trying to be patient and enjoy all the moments as a family of three.
