We are home--finally! We have been nomads over the last few days as the winter snow/ice storm that hit Kentucky hard put us without power for a little while. Although it was frustrating and we had some crazy experiences, (fence damage from fallen oak tree branches, me getting stuck in the ice and having to be pushed out by a kind stranger) we feel immensely blessed that we are safe and know it could have been a lot worse. Here are some pictures of what we've lived in this week.
